1. Fast Domain Name Certificate

1.1 Users of .CN and.中国domain names

1.1.1 Materials required for application 

Application requirements: the real-name of contact person and the domain name review have to pass the review by CNNIC and the users shall submit:

The confirmation of the electronic version of the application form including application agreement with the contents as follows:

a. The applied domain name;

b. company name;

c. name of the operator;

d. e-mail of the operator;

e. mobile phone;

f. telephone;

g. telephone of the domain name registrant;

1.1.2　　Reissuance and update

The users may log into User Management System of CNNIC Fast Domain Name Certificate to conduct self-services of reissuing or updating their certificates free of charge;

1.1.3　Cancellation 

Certificate holders may also apply for the cancellation of their certificates independently via the cancellation procedure. The certificate holders shall furnish, together with the application materials for cancellation, such materials as provided for the application for such certificate as the information for identity verification. 

1.2 Other users of domain name

1.2.1 Materials required for application of certificate

The certificate applicants shall submit the following contents to the business sites:

a The confirmation of the electronic version of the application form, including the application agreement;

b The confirmation of the electronic version of the application form, including the application agreement;

c The photocopy of business license (with official seal) or the photocopy of organization code (with official seal).

1.2.2 Materials required for reissuance of certificate

　　The users may log into User Management System of CNNIC Fast Domain Name Certificate to conduct self-services of reissuing their certificates free of charge

1.2.3 Materials required for renewal of certificate

a The confirmation of the electronic version of the application form, including the application agreement;

b The confirmation of the electronic version of the application form, including the application agreement;

c The photocopy of business license (with official seal) or the photocopy of organization code (with official seal).

1.2.4 Materials required for cancellation of certificate

Certificate holders may also apply for the cancellation of their certificates independently via the cancellation procedure. The certificate holders shall furnish, together with the application materials for cancellation, such materials as provided for the application for such certificate as the information for identity verification.
