LIU Yang, male, a candidate for a Doctor’s degree. In June 2009, he obtained the Bachelor’s degree from Nankai University, and from September 2009 until now, he has been doing a doctorate in Computer Network Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, with his research mainly focusing upon IoT resource management, IoT name service, IP address management, etc.
